The 1 Million Change Leaders by 2030 initiative is Aspire’s bold global movement to inspire, equip and mobilise one million women and male allies to lead positive change in their lives, organisations and communities with a commitment to advancing women’s leadership.
It is closely aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality and Empowering All Women and Girls, recognising that gender equality is not only a social and moral priority but a leadership imperative.
