Our Organisational Coaching & Diversity Consulting has grown from our successful Next Step programme. It has been developed to fill the need for a company-wide review to lay the foundations for a corporate culture that is more inclusive of women. The programme is founded on a one-day Think Tank to stimulate discussion, generate ideas and commitment to an inclusive company culture that encourages all employees to perform at their best.

Programme Structure
The focus of Aspire’s Programme is a ‘Think Tank’ for key influencers and decision makers to generate strategic thinking on developing female leaders and managers.
We will:
  • Meet with key influencers to establish:
    • Think Tank participants.
    • organisational goals.
    • benefits.
    • measurements.
  • Hold one to one telephone briefings with participants in advance of the Think Tank.
  • Organise and facilitate the Think Tank.
  • Present a report with findings and recommendations for future action.
