Seminars and Events

ASPIRE offers regularly scheduled public seminars, events, and forums. We provide a combination of events specifically for senior women in business and those for both men and women in business.

Our public events are an effective and practical way to introduce your senior women leaders to learning, dialoguing and networking opportunities; as a prelude to coaching; and/or to supplement your internal gender diversity program offerings.

Topics include “Building a Success Network,” “Profile and Presence,” “Navigating Politics”, “Leadership Influence,” “Maternity and Work/Life Balance,” “Leading and Managing Change,” “Strategic Thinking and Inspiring Others.”

We also offer these events ‘in house’ either specifically for women, or for both men and women and have translated these seminars into corporate programs for organizations such as KPMG and Vodafone.

The approach is not to focus on women needing any kind of ”special help” but instead to take a fresh look at what achieving results and being successful means to female leaders, and to draw practical conclusions and provide tools and recommendations to implement within day-to-day working.
