ASPIRE uses a research-informed coaching model, tools, clear processes, and systematic framework to create real and tangible benefits aligned with your intentions and the needs of your organization.
Coaching clients . . .
- Gain access to coaches who are extensively trained in the needs and aspirations of female leaders.
- Can hand pick their coach based on their business experience and coaching style through a no obligation ‘chemistry’ meeting.
- Meet with their ASPIRE coach by telephone or face-to-face 1 to 2 times a month, with email and telephone support between sessions as needed.
- Gain access to external and third-party best practice, tools, confidential feedback, one-to-one ideas, a sounding board, and practical suggestions.
- Choose the topics for coaching so the focus is on achieving results aligned to their issues, working styles, challenges and business needs.
- Strategize and develop plans during their sessions that prepare them (and/or their team) to take action.
- Gain access to relevant ASPIRE seminars and events as part of our ‘Combo’ programmes.
- Receive coaching typically for three to six months to a year or more depending on their needs.
All ASPIRE coaching engagements feature return on investment measurements and clear action plans for what’s expected in between coaching sessions to ensure desired results are achieved. We believe in coaching programs that deliver demonstrable individual growth aligned to organizational objectives.
