Rebecca knows from experience that different things shape us and by keeping to our key strengths and by drawing on our morals and values we can grow and achieve things which initially seem unrealistic and impossible. She believes that much of her own success has been down to a willingness to stand apart from the crowd, move out of her comfort zone and meet people who can support her on her journey. The child with an entrepreneurial mother, who used to make Paddington Bears, her gift and indeed her business, is to help women reflect on what has shaped them and how they can break down the personal internal barriers they have because while standing out from the crowd can make you feel vulnerable, it also makes you feel so alive!
