As a pioneering leader within her field, Katherine is the Global CEO of the Association for Coaching, a leading professional coaching body, and Co-Founder of Wisdom8. Described by others as someone who ‘pushes the boundaries’, and who role-models, ‘collaborative-based’ leadership, Katherine specializes in cross-cultural and global/top team coaching, having worked with CEOs and their teams from across 28 different nationalities. She is the recipient of the awards for Influencing and Impacting the Coaching Profession and was made Coach/Mentor of the Year, by Coaching at Work. She is also an author, speaker, and lecturer, with recent contributions in Leadership Coaching, Excellence in Coaching, and Diversity in Coaching (Kogan Page), and is on the Editorial Board for Coaching, an International Journal of Theory, Research, and Practice (Routledge).
