Describing herself as funny, bubbly, honest, slightly irreverent, but engaging and inspirational, Hazel was living alone with her five-year old triplets, when she set-up her own company in 2003 after completing an MA in Creative Writing. The company now has a turnover of over half a million pounds per annum and is the winner of numerous awards. Three years ago Hazel developed the Xcite Book brand. The company is now the UK's largest erotic publisher and has won the ETO Best Erotic Book Brand in 2010 and 2011. Her talk, like her life will demonstrate that women can change their futures; get a degree; be mothers and develop successful businesses.
