Rebecca is the programme designer and leader for all Aspire Women's Leadership Programmes (courses include ‘Profile and Impact’, ‘Strategic You’, ‘Time and Life Management’ and ‘Powerful Communication). In addition, Rebecca designs and facilitates corporate gender diversity programs for KPMG, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and BDO Stoy Hayward. She has also been instrumental in the conception and analysis of much of ASPIRE’s annual research. Rebecca's background includes experience with L’Oreal UK as Head of Consumer Affairs, marketing management of high-profile brands including Lancôme and Maybelline New York, being a small business owner and (definitely the most challenging!) raising her two sons.
