Alexa is perhaps best known from her appearance on the second series of The Apprentice with Sir Alan Sugar. Though 'fired' in front of millions on television, she firmly feels the experience of going head to head with Sir Alan helped her move onto the subsequent opportunities that came her way. Throughout her career, one new experience usually leads onto the next and she believes that you never know what is going to be around that next corner.  Her philosophy has always been to put herself into new situations and seize opportunities as they present themselves, as they are all chances to learn new skills; have new interesting experiences and most importantly help along the way to doing the next exciting thing.
