- Identification of future vision, work career paths, and values
- Increased capability across the business.
Approach
The programme approach included combinations of . . .
- Diagnostics (i.e., PA’s Leadership Diagnostic, Leadership Styles Inventory, Hay’s Emotional Competency, Bar-on EQi).
- Face-to-face and Shadow Coaching sessions (including face-to-face 360s, if relevant).
- Observer/Coach feedback/rehearsal
- Recommendations for external courses if appropriate
- Membership in ASPIRE'S Executive Networking Club and attendance at evening events
Results
The coaching programme led to development of specific development plans with timelines and commitments to ensure consistency and to meet objectives. Formal review sessions at the end of six months were held, with checkpoints along the way. The programme provided support at the most senior levels within the firm.

aspire clients say...
"I am head of diversity and inclusion at one of the largest international law firms in the world. Dr Samantha Collins from ASPIRE recently presented to a group of our women partners on the issue of women role models and their importance in the workplace. The presentation went down extremely well with the audience, who are a highly discerning and highly critical bunch. Sam has a gift for capturing the essence of a topic and explaining it in a lively and engaging way, without ever appearing to lecture. We have already booked her for a further session."
