Aspire develops the female leaders and role models of the future - women like you who have been seeking support, stretch and inspiration to trailblaze a new way of doing things - through content and an approach that is expertly tailored to you - not to mention the incredible support and positive challenge that comes from being around other like-minded women.
Giving something back is not a bolt-on for us; it is a fundamental part of our business model. As well as a percentage of all our profits going to the Foundation, our successful non-profit mentoring programme partners the expertise and experience of women leaders in the business and corporate world with aspiring women leaders in the charity, non-profit and social enterprise world and allows them to share their ideas and suggestions of what has worked for them with regard to their life, management and leadership experience and so support the mentee to apply it to their specific role, career and organisation. The Aspire Foundation mentoring scheme provides an incredibly easy, no-cost, low-time (1hr call per month for 6 months) way for women at all levels of business experience to make a real and very practical difference in the non-profit world without quitting their day job.
