The Aspire Authentic Leadership Programme will stimulate and challenge you to think about your style and contribution as an authentic leader. It will enable you to develop new perspectives on yourself and your work and discover how to lead it to greater success. Each participant leaves the programme with a clearly defined implementation plan that translates this understanding into direct benefit for themselves and their organisations.

As well as providing coaching and leadership development ideas that you can immediately put into practice in your organisation, combined with a level of personal attention rarely experienced on executive development programmes, this programme is an opportunity to share personal insights and best practice with individuals from other organisations.

To maintain focus and encourage open discussion, attendance numbers will be limited to 10 participants with no more than 2 participants from one organisation
