Residential Workshops
Our signature residential workshop, "The Authentic Leadership Programme", now evolved into "The Leadership rEvolution Programme", has taken hundreds of women through a process of self-exploration and action-planning that takes their leadership to a new level.
Seminars
Breakfast and half-day seminars take place at frequent intervals throughout the year.
Leadership Development Forums provide a time-efficient opportunity to reflect on those fundamental questions that it can be hard to tackle alone: What do 'success' and 'fulfilment' mean to me? How can I take my career to the next level? What kind of impact do I want to have in my organisation?
Leadership Skills Seminars spotlight the tools needed to progress in work and life - powerful communication, time management and influencing others. Rather than providing classic "training" on these areas, they enable personalised exploration and action planning to deliver learning that really sticks.
Events
Evening events with a difference are held quarterly in Central London on weekday evenings. Most “networking” events leave women cold. We go to great lengths to ensure the Aspire events are relaxed, inspiring yet business driven.
Most importantly, all our evening events include a coaching-based mini-workshop element, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and meet like-minded people simultaneously.

Who attends
Attendees come from a wide range of businesses including BDO Stoy Hayward, Lloyds TSB, Sainsbury's and entrepreneurial start-ups; from government bodies such as the Commission for Racial Equality, and from charities such as the NSPCC.
Our open workshops and seminars are for women. We also welcome men at our evening networking events.
